Jonathan S. Arndt, Esq. grew up in West Virginia and graduated from WVU with a bachelors in finance. Shortly after, he attended Charleston School of Law where he was an editor for Charleston Law Review and graduated in the top 10 of his class. Directly out of law school Jonathan clerked for the Honorable J. C. Nicholson Jr. directly out of law school. This experience ultimately led him to work for a competitive defense firm and gained valuable experience defendanting and trying multiple medical malpractice cases to verdict. 

Now, Jonathan is a dedicated plaintiff attorney committed to fighting for individuals and families who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others. With a strong track record of success, he focuses on cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and general personal injury matters.

Passionate about justice, Jonathan vigorously advocates for clients, holding negligent parties accountable and securing the compensation they deserve. He understands the physical, emotional, and financial hardships that injury victims face and provides compassionate, personalized legal representation.

Jonathan has successfully litigated against large corporations, insurance companies, and healthcare providers, earning a reputation for thorough case preparation and aggressive negotiation. Jonathan's prior experience in the Defense world has allowed him to gain invaluable insights and exposure to the tactics of insurance companies in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation that he now uses that knowledge to better serve his clients. 

When Jonathan is not advocating for his clients he can be found enjoying all the natural wonders the lowcountry has to offer and spending time with his loving wife Daniel and daughter Avaleigh. .
